Paul Maxwell

Paul Maxwell is the CEO of Media Business Group, which publishes skyreport.com, The BRIDGE Suite of news and analysis products, and ancillary periodicals as well as provides research and database services. He is also a columnist for CableFAX Daily, which he founded in 1989, the first daily, facsimile-distributed, advertising-supported newsletter, and CableWORLD magazine. Mr. Maxwell has started and/or run some 40+ publications ranging from CATV Newsweekly to Colorado Magazine to CableVision and Multichannel News. Mr. Maxwell served as an Army officer working as a combat correspondent for Stars & Stripes and as a combat historian during two tours in Southeast Asia. He is a Founding Board Member of The Walter Kaitz Foundation; Honorary Board Member of Cable Positive; Founding Member of CTAM; Cable TV Pioneer (1990) and Member of the Pioneer Board; and a Board Member of the Cable Center.
Stuart Collingwood

Stuart Collingwood joined Sling Media in June 2006 and has responsibility for all of the company's European operations including partnerships, country and territory expansion, and strategic planning. For the last three years Mr. Collingwood advised pay TV providers, digital media companies and technology start-ups on the launch of new digital platforms and technology. He also served as Vice President, EMEA for Liberate and spent eight years at Fujitsu-ICL. Mr. Collingwood is based in London.

Since 1991, he has worked in software development, product management, management consulting and venture capital roles at firms including Tandem Computers (now part of HP), Global Village Communication, Morgan Stanley Venture Partners, McKinsey & Co., Onset Ventures and Achex (now part of First Data Corp), where he was a co-founder.

Prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, Mr. Mehta spent three years with Nokia as global head of Nokia Broadband Media solutions for fixed-line operators delivering audio and video services over DSL.
